A PASTOR’S RETREAT

We have a dream to help pastors navigate the unique challenges and difficult seasons of ministry. We’re creating a refuge where they can rest, reconnect, and hear from God. Our goal is to help their families thrive so they can be both faithful and fruitful for the long haul. It requires healthy pastors to lead healthy churches. When we invest in pastors, we are strengthening the churches they lead.

REST FOR THE WEARY

Blue Sky Ranch is a romantic retreat nestled in the green hills of Elfin Forest, just minutes from the coast of San Diego. We are creating a place where pastors can get away and find clarity as they work through a difficult season of life. This isn’t group counseling, it’s a place of solitude for one couple at a time to rest and recreate.

During their stay they will receive personalized coaching to help them with self-leadership, soul care, and building habits for finishing ministry strong.

Nearly half of pastors in the U.S. are burnt out and on the verge of quitting. We want to provide respite from the 24-7 demands of ministry where they can rest, recharge, and hear from God.

Options include outdoor cooking experiences, horseback rides, walks on the beach, hiking, golf and much more. We provide intentional activities to help pastors get outside and open their hearts to God’s work of renewal.

A healthy marriage is the foundation for all pastoral ministry. We give couples the space to reconnect, prioritize their relationship and dream together.
